Here you’ll find easy card making ideas, papercrafting tutorials, beginner-friendly projects, crafty inspiration and a welcoming community where nobody expects everything to be perfect.

You don’t need to be artistic, own lots of expensive equipment or understand all the crafty terminology.
Start with a few basic supplies, follow some simple instructions and see what happens.
I’ll show you projects step by step, explain what everything means and help you build your confidence as you go.
And remember — there are no crafting police here! 😂
Make mistakes. Mix things up. Experiment. Stick something over the wonky bit if you need to.
The important thing is that you enjoy yourself.

💕 A Little About Me
Hi, I’m Tricia Smith, owner of Smith’s Crafty Creations and a Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrator.
I absolutely love papercrafting, but one of my favourite parts of what I do is helping other people discover it too.
Especially complete beginners.
There’s something lovely about hearing someone say, “I’m not creative,” and then watching them proudly hold up a handmade card they’ve created themselves.
That’s what Smith’s Crafty Creations is all about.
Creativity, encouragement, community and having a bit of fun along the way.
My projects don’t always go according to plan either. Things get stuck down wonky, ideas change halfway through and the occasional strategically placed gem has rescued more projects than I care to admit. 😂
🌷 Crafting Is More Than Making Cards
Of course, we make lots of lovely things here, but crafting can give us something else too.
A little time to ourselves.
A chance to switch off.
Something enjoyable to look forward to.
It can also introduce us to new people and create wonderful friendships.
That sense of community is incredibly important to me, which is why I want Smith’s Crafty Creations to feel like a friendly place where you can ask questions, learn something new and simply enjoy being creative.
