Christmas in July – Iconic Celebrations Card
My blog today is to share my Christmas in July – Iconic Celebrations Card with you. I am focusing on this collection this week as it is a new Online Exclusive that is due for launch on the 3rd of July.
Products Required:
1. Cardstock (Mossy Meadow, Basic White)
2. Iconic Celebrations Suite Collection
3. Snowflake Sky 3D Embossing folder
4. Stampin’ Up! Trimmer / Scoreboard
5. Multipurpose Adhesive Glue
Instructions:
- Cut a piece of White Basic White Cardstock in half then fold to make your C6 card base
- Cut a piece of Mossy Meadow down to 3-7/8 x 5-5/8
- Cut a piece of DSP down to 3-5/8 x 5-3/8
- Using the Snowflake Sky embossing folder, run your piece of DSP through your Stampin’ Up! Cut & Emboss Machine
- Adhere all three layers together
- Add a frame by layering two rectangle dies together through your machine (I had this negative in my stash from ages ago – recycle right?)
- Die cut out your label in white along with some stars too. Die cut stars in mossy meadow too!
- Run your stars through your machine in the Snowflake Sky folder
- Stamp the word “Celebrate” in mossy meadow ink and attach it to your topper frame, add the stars too in your desired location
I absolutely love how this turned out – I don’t think there is a need for embellishments on this card!
