📚 Step by Step Scrapbook Instructions ✨
🎯 Base Page Setup
First and foremost, start by creating your foundation! Initially, layer a piece of 11-3/4″ x 11-3/4″ Basic White cardstock onto a 12″ x 12″ Pumpkin Pie cardstock 🧡. Remember, you’ll need two of these base pages for your complete layout! 📄📄
📖 Page 1:
Step 1: Add Your Strips 📏
To begin with, cut four pieces of Designer Series Paper (DSP) down to 11″ x 1″ and stick them right in the middle of your page!
Step 2: Create Your Photo Mat 📸
Next, make a photo mat that measures 4″ x 6″ and layer it onto Strawberry Slush cardstock (4-1/4″ x 6-1/4″) 🍓. Then, position this beauty on your page wherever it looks best!
Step 3: Add Fun Details 🎨
After that, fussy cut some gorgeous images from your DSP pack and stick them around your page in your favorite spots!
Step 4: Add Your Words 💬
Finally, choose your perfect word(s) and add them to complete your page! ✍️
📖 Page 2:
Step 1: Right Side Strip 📐
Moving on to page 2, cut one piece of DSP down to 11-1/2″ x 2″ and adhere it to the right side of your page.
Step 2: Add Small Squares 📦
Subsequently, cut three pieces of DSP down to 3-3/4″ x 3″ and stick them on top of your DSP strip.
Step 3: Photo Mats 📷
Now, your photo mat sizes should be 3-1/2″ x 2-3/4″ – perfect for smaller memories!
Step 4: Corner Details 🌟
Once you have your mats ready, fussy cut some images from the DSP and add them to the corners of your photos for extra charm!
Step 5: Left Side Panel 🎨
Meanwhile, cut a panel from DSP to 5-3/4″ x 3-3/4″ and mat it onto another DSP piece measuring 6″ x 4″. Then, add this to the left center side of your page.
Step 6: Special Photo 📸
At this point, add your favourite photo! The example uses 2-1/8″ x 5″ for a horizontal shape, but use whatever size works for you!
Step 7: More Corner Magic ✨
Similarly, fussy cut some images from the DSP and add them to your photo corners!
Step 8: Final Touches🎉💭
To wrap everything up, add some fun stickers to both of your pages for that extra pop of personality! 🌈
