Exciting Changes Coming: New Stamp & Die Packaging

Exciting Changes Coming: New Stamp & Die Packaging!

Hello crafty friends!

I’m thrilled to share some exciting news from Stampin’ Up! that’s going to make organising our crafting supplies so much easier. As part of the transition away from cling stamps, we’re getting brand new packaging for both stamps and dies—and trust me, you’re going to love these changes!

What’s New?

The updated packaging is sleeker, slimmer, and designed to save precious crafting space. Here’s what makes it so special:

Same Size, Same Style Both stamps and dies will now come in matching 5-5/8″ x 9″ (14.3 x 22.9 cm) packaging. This means you can finally store bundles and coordinating products together without the frustration of mismatched sizes!

Clear & Visual The packaging features durable, clear plastic envelopes (similar to current die packaging) with a gorgeous improvement—both stamps AND dies now include printed artwork inserts for quick and easy identification. No more guessing what’s inside!

Space-Saving Design Because photopolymer stamps are thinner, the new slim profile helps you store more in less space. The larger dimensions also allow Stampin’ Up! to showcase more stamp artwork at 100% scale on the insert, so you can see exactly what you’re getting.

User-Friendly Each envelope includes a simple tuck-in flap for quick opening and closing—no fussy closures to deal with when you’re in the creative zone!

When Does This Happen?

The transition is happening gradually throughout 2025 and into 2026. Here’s the timeline:

  • Now through October 2025: Current packaging continues
  • November 2025: New packaging begins rolling out with the Online Exclusives
  • 2026: Gradual transition as inventory is replaced
  • Market variations: Different regions may transition at different times based on stock levels

Note: The stamps and dies shown in the images are sneak peeks from the November Online Exclusives—feel free to get excited about what’s coming!

Your Questions Answered

Can I get empty packaging to organize my current stamps and dies? Yes! Empty Stamp & Die Organizers (167772) will be available in packs of 10 starting with the November 2025 Online Exclusives. Demonstrators can pre-order from 1 October, with customer availability beginning 4 November. Each pack is £15 for 10 sleeves.

Will bundled stamps and dies come in one package? No, they’ll still come separately, but since they’re now the same size and style, storing them together is a breeze!

What about embossing folders? Embossing folder packaging isn’t changing at this time. However, for hybrid embossing folders, the die portion will come in the new packaging with printed artwork, while the embossing folder remains in its current packaging—both housed together in a cello bag.

Will the Standard Stamp Cases (119105) still be available? Yes! Stampin’ Up! plans to continue offering this product, with availability reviewed as part of regular product updates.

Can I use these organizers for other supplies? Absolutely! They’re perfect for embellishments, ephemera packs, and all sorts of crafting essentials.

Storage Solutions

I’ve done some homework and found some fantastic storage options that work beautifully with the new packaging dimensions. While they’re slightly wider than the cases, you can easily align them to the left or right side. Just make sure to check the size specifications before ordering!

Here are my top picks:

  • Storage Option 4 – These trays stack, though I’d recommend organising them individually for easier access
