Welcome to an extra episode of #MakeitMonday – two gorgeous examples of simple stamping from one piece of colour cardstock and one piece of whisper white (scraps used for the banner section).  I also sneaked the sentiment out of a different set called Abstact Impressions which I literally just received today 🙂

 
I have used the painted seasons stamp set but this time, with the balmy blue and flirty flamingo and I think these look awesome.  These are definately going to be used as thank you cards to my customers.

Check out my YouTube Tutorial link below where I show you how to put these stunning cards together. I have also detailed all of the products used as well as the measurments for this card 🙂  Now – use whatever inks you have and whatever stamps you have – the main thing is to HAVE FUN!

Project Recipe / Instructions:

• Cut a piece of A4 cardstock down to 11 1/2″ x 4 1/8″ and score both pieces at 5 3/4″
• Burnish well
• Cut two pieces of whisper white card stock for your stamping layers – these should meausre 1/8″ shorter and thinner than your card (4″ x 5 5/8″)
• Pick two stamps for each card and stamp your images randomly using two different ink colours
• Using banner punch, make your sentiment section – or you can fussy cut if you don’t have this punch.
• Stamp your sentiment onto the white section and add embellishments to add some sparkle.
