Well would you look at this handsome male themed card! I am so chuffed I managed this with no planning or practising! Go Me! And you can make this too. This is a z-fold card project. The main products used in this card is the Come Sail Away Suite which is just stunning. The co-ordinating colours are really easy to work with as are the stamps in the Sailing Home Set! These have a rustic vintage type feel about them – remarkable.
Directions
I decided to use one of the sheets of DSP from the Come Sail Away Suite that I was unsure of – there was the first challenge. For the card base I used Basic Black Cardstock.
I took a piece of A4 cardstock and positioned it long edge to the top of my simply scoreboard. I scored at 3 and 6 inch markers.
Then, using my trimmer with the shortest edge to the top I cut off x2 1″ strips and put them aside. I then trimmed the remaining cardstock down to 6″
I folded and burnished all pieces of cardstock. The two inch strips were flipped opposite to the scoring on the cardstock – please see my YouTube tutorial for next steps.
Layering the card with DSP was easy as was the simple stamping methods used on to some Grey Cardstock. I fussy cut out the images and arranged them on the zfold card.
Just look at the detail in this card.
Products Used:
