Craft Fayre Series – Project Six
Hello and welcome to the sixth tutorial of my new Craft Fayre Series which will run daily for a total of one week – that’s seven project ideas for your crafty fayres 🙂 Most of these I have tried, tested and sold successfully at fayres/fairs in my early days as a crafter.
Today I have created an old project of mine which I sold successfully at past craft fayres and this is a decorated pencil gift.
You will need a long cello bag, the one I used measured 2″ x 8″
Cut your card stock to 10″ x 1 7/8″ and score at 2 “
Fold and burnish then insert the longest part into your cello bag.
Cut a piece of DSP for the flap section measuring 1 7/8 x 1 7/8″
Decorate front of flap as desired. I used three different sized circle punches and stamped a lovely sentiment in the middle. I secured the flap with a silver clip.
The final piece I added was a piece of cotton very vanilla twine which I wrapped around the lower part of the gift x 2 and tied in a cute little bow!
Not a lot of product needed for this project – you can use whatever cardstock, DSP and stampsets that you have at home 🙂
