Seaside Theme Handmade Card – #SimpleStamping 34

Learn how I made this adorable seaside themed handmade card

Hi and welcome to today’s blog which is episode 34 in my Simple Stamping series.

I am using my latest stamp set Seaside Notions that I purchased during the recent 24-hour sale. I initially am finishing off a card that I started off camera, before making a further card for you all to see. The seaside theme of these handmade cards is just beautiful, especially in this colder weather we are having just now.

I hope you like today’s project. This stamp set is featured in our Annual catalogue – why not Contact me for a free copy.

The colours I chose were Coastal Cabana, Smokey Slate, Crumb Cake and So Saffron (I love so saffron, this is the first time I have used it). All products used are listed below for your perusal.

Instructions and Measurements:

The card base is coastal cabana with a whisper white stamping layer.
I started off by stamping a shell border around my card base using whisper white ink.
I then stamped some images in a variety of colours and fussy cut them out to attach around my circle layered sentiment section.
Before adhering the sentiment section and the fussy cut images, I stamped the sand images along the bottom right side as well as a lovely sea-horse on the left side of my stamping layer.
I finished the card off by using my blender pen to draw out some colour from my images, and then added a final touch of wink of stella.

Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my blog today.
