Welcome to a special one today where I am writing about Stampin’ Up! UK New In-Colours Card Project Meets Flowers for Every Season Designer Series Paper. This is one of five cards that I have planned for you over the next few days.

So, my New In-Colours Meets Flowers for Every Season Project today is using the Celebrate Sunflowers Stamp Set. All new products used are available from June 3rd in my online store.

I decided on Bumble Bee for the card base, Magenta Madness for the Matt Layer and a co-ordinating piece of DSP from the Flowers for Every Season DSP Pack.

Just look at the vibrancy in our new colours. These make me so happy – this year’s crafting projects are going to be so colourful, so happy and just simply amazing.

The sentiment die cut shapes are from a new set that I treated myself to recently called Stitched Nested Labels Dies. There are 9 laying dies in the set and they are stunning. They are a current item and are available to purchase now, they are also carrying over into our new 2020/21 catalogue.

To hide the join between the two pieces of DSP I added some of the lovely Jade Green Gingham Style Cotton Ribbon. It compliments the card extremely well. This ribbon is part of a three pack from the Flowers for Every Occasion Suite.

The card is just stunning don’t you think? I love it. I can’t wait to bring you more projects very very soon.

Instructions:

Card Base – Bumble Bee Card Stock: 5 7/8″ x 4 1/8″
Matt Layer – Magenta Madness Card Stock: 5 3/4″ x 4″
DSP Layer – 3 7/8″ x 5 5/8″ cut at 2 1/2″ and flip over smallest part
Adhere all layers together
Add a piece of the Just Jade Gingham Ribbon where DSP Meets
Die cut out two Nested Labels, the larger in Magenta Madness the smaller with a piece of co-ordinating card stock or DSP
Using the scraps left over from cutting down your 6×6″ DSP, fussy cut out one of the images.
Adhere sentiment layers together and adhere to card with Dimensionals
Add your fussy cut image on to the top label section using mini dimensionals
Using Basic Black Card Stock, Emboss a sentiment in White Stampin’ Emboss Powder, heat set and fussy cut out.
Adhere sentiment words in desired place on die cut section
