Welcome to today’s blog post on how to make angled edge handmade cards
Hi and welcome to my blog. Today’s cards are really simple. Let me show you how to make angled edge handmade cards.
For today’s cards I used Whisper White Card stock and Bumble Bee coloured Designer Series Paper. My ink colours are Bumble Bee and Cinnamon Cider.
Card one is a portrait A2 sized card using a sheet of the 2020-2022 in-colour Designer Series Paper. I used a sentiment from the Celebrate Sunflowers Stamp Set.
Card two is a landscape A2 card. I used a sentiment from the Peaceful Moments Stamp Set in this card. The DSP used is from the Flowers For Every Season DSP Pack.
Here you can see a closer look at both cards. I used the 2020-2022 in Colour enamel Dots on both cards.

Instructions
Cut a piece of A4 Whisper White Card Stock in half and score both along the long side at 4-1/8″
Now cut two pieces of Designer Series Paper down to 4″ x 5-3/8″
To get the angled section, cut off from bottom right hand corner.
Decide which sentiment you want to stamp.
Cut a piece off the bottom right side of the Largest piece of DSP – the size of section you cut off will depended on the height of the sentiment stamp you are using. You can cut more off for a taller stamp, and less for a thinner stamp.
Glue down the smallest piece in the right hand corner.
Stamp your sentiment above it.
Glue down your largest piece, making sure everything is nice and straight.
Add embellishments around stamped section for added bling.
