Cupids Flight of Fancy Handmade Card

I had fun playing and made a Cupids Flight of Fancy Handmade Card

Today I got to play and create using not one but two stamp sets today. I have made a couple of cards and I’ve named them Cupids Flight of Fancy Handmade Cards. Both stamp sets will be available to purchase in my online store from August 4th 2020.

My Card base is Whisper White and I have stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. The colours used are my Stampin’ Blends in the shades of Petal Pink Light and Dark, Seaside Spray Light and Dark and Misty Moonlight Light and Dark. Don’t forget my added touch of wink of stella too.

My first card (above) has the added ink blended effect of clouds in the sky which I love. I fussy cut some shapes of clouds on a piece of card and used this as a template in both cards.

How adorable is cupid though, seriously… cute.

My second card was similar style but I added some of the hanging pendant stamped images from the Lots to Celebrate Stamp Set. I think both go wonderfully together.

Can you see how I used the new Misty Moonlight In-Colour in this card.

Instructions

1 – Card Base – Whisper White measuring 8″ x 4″ and scored at 4″ on longest side (or fold in half)
2 – Ink blend your cloud images
3 – Stamp, colour and fussy cut out the little cupid and attach with dimensions.
4 – Add ink to the swirly heart section of stamp only and stamp on bottom section of card (card one only). Stamp your hanging pendant images along top of card on top of clouds (card two only).
5 – Add your sentiment of choice.
6 – Add wink of stella to desired areas to finish the card off.
