Instructions: Subtle Tone Floral Handmade Card Ideas

Card 1

I just could not decide what to do with this card initially so asked for some suggestions from my Instagram followers – keep it monotone or add colour?

I chose the latter 🙂

  • Card Base is DL and measures roughly 4″ x 7 “
  • I used two part scrap pieces of the True Love DSP and punched the end with my banner triple punch.
  • I fussy cut the image from my DSP and coloured using Stampin’ Blends.

Seaside Spray with Mint Macaron Light and Dark were perfect for this floral piece.

Card 2

  • Card base is 4″ x 4″
  • Matt layer is 3″ x 3″
  • Again I fussy cut some image from the DSP and coloured
  • Add some ribbon to the card front before adhering floral section.
  • I stamped “We are in this together” from the Heal Your Heart Stamp Set (FREE Level 1 SAB Item)

Card 3

  • Card base is 4″ x 4″
  • Matt layer is 3″ x 3″
  • Again I fussy cut some image from the DSP and coloured
  • I attached it to a partial stitched circle die cut
  • Add some Polka-dot tulle ribbon under the floral section
  • I stamped “I don’t know what I would do without you” from the Heal Your Heart Stamp Set (FREE Level 1 SAB Item) on to a scrap piece of DSP.
  • Colours used are Petal Pink and Soft Sea Foam Light and Dark Stampin’ Blends

Card 4

  • The Card base is 4-1/8″ x 5-7/8″
  • My Card Matt layer is 3-7/8″ x 5-5/8″
  • Use the nested label dies and the stitched rectangle dies for the main parts of this card.
  • Stamp LOVE YOU on the nested label die cut and added a fussy cut floral piece.
  • I tied some polka tulle ribbon around it to finish it off.
