Easy Wiper Card Technique

My blog today is to share my Easy Wiper Card Technique with you. This card was made for the Stamping with Friends Blog Hop this weekend. I love taking part in hops because it always encourages creativity.

Instructions

• Basic White Card for card base measuring 8 x 8
• On one side score at 1″ and 2″
• With the scores at the top horizontally, cut your 8 x 8 piece in half
• Fold and burnish and attach together as per diagram below – this gives you a 4 x 6 card when folded flat

• Cardstock Mat Layers: x2 measuring 3-3/4 x 3/4 and x1 measuring 3-3/4 x 5-3/4
• DSP Mat Layers: x2 measuring 3-1/2 x 1/2 and x1 measuring 3-1/2 x 5-1/2
• Sentiment Panel for front of card: x1 cardstock piece 2-1/4 x 4-1/4 and x1 DSP piece at 2 x 4 (you will also need a white mat to stamp on measuring 1-3/4 x 3-3/4)
• I stamped my images and sentiment, then fussy cut the images by hand
• I adhered all mats, sentiment section and fussy cut elements to the card
• I love how it turned out – what do you think?
