Traditional Feel Christmas Card
My blog today is to share my Traditional Feel Christmas Card with you. Yesterday I shared a handmade gift box creation that I made, and today this card has been made to match the box! (see my previous blog post https://smithscraftycreations.com/2023/12/04/festive-gift-box-creation/ )
Traditions of St. Nick Designer Series Paper is just gorgeous.
Instructions
- Colours required (or to suit your preference. The four colours used were:
- Card Base measures 8-1/4 x 5-7/8 folded in half to give c6 card size
- Card stock rectangle mats measure 3-1/2 x 1-3/4 – I ruffed up the edges of these
- Velum Piece is 3-1/8 x 4-5/8 and is topped with a piece of DSP measuring 4 x 2-1/2 – I added ink around the edges of the DSP
- Everything was adhered to the card at an angle
- Ribbon was wrapped around the card velum section and an additional bow added
- My sentiment layer mat is 1-7/8 squared and stamping mat is 1-5/8 squared
- Stamp Set used was Merry and Bright and the embellishments are called Speckled Dots – they co-ordinated perfectly
