Horse and Sleigh Vintage Tag
My blog today is to share my Handmade Horse and Sleigh Vintage Tag project with you. I had various off cuts of card stock and some off cuts of Traditions of St. Nick DSP. What do you think? All products used today are listed further down my blog page.
- My tag base is Mossy Meadow measuring 2-1/2 x 5
- The chocolate coloured piece of DSP is the B side of a piece of scrap from Shining Brightly DSP Pack.
- My mat DSP piece is from the St. Nick DSP and measures 2 x 4 – I added ink around its edges and curled two opposite corners
- I stuck a piece of vellum down on top of some neurtral coloured twine
- The little star I made by myself – 1/2 x 9-1/2 piece of card and score at 1/2 in intervals. Fold a burnish to make your star shape and adhere with wet glue.
- I white embossed the word Joyful from the Horse & sleigh suite stamp set on to a piece of scrap DSP
- Wink of stella was added around various edges of the mats on this tag
- Two scrap die cut pieces in white, were stuck underneath the top layer of DSP
- Embellishments and ribbon to finish
