The easiest handmade table favour ever
My blog today is to share my latest creation with you – and show you how to make a the easiest handmade table favour ever. This cute little packaging is super quick to make!
I used the Reindeer Days DSP as a focal point for this week’s projects. Available in our current Mini Holiday Catalogue! I also used the Peaceful Season Stamp Set for my sentiment(s).
Products Required:
1. Reindeer Days DSP
2.Peaceful Season Stamp Set
3. Stampin’ Up! Trimmer / Simply Scored Score Board
4. Multipurpose Adhesive Glue
5. Stampin’ Up! Cut & Emboss Machine
6. Basic tools such as glue, wipes, snips etc.
7. Real Red Ink Pad
8. Thoughtful Wishes Stamp set
9. Gold twine (mine’s is retired) or Real Red Ribbon
10. Basic White and Real Red Cardstock
11. Circle Punches or Dies
12. Basic Rhinestone Jewels
Instructions:
1. Cut a piece of 12 x 12 DSP down to 6 x 6
2. On all four sides score at 2″
3. Cut up both score lines to meet the first score line on two opposite sides
4. Glue together to form a box base
5. Holding each side of box with thumb and middle finger, use forefinger to squash in the sides, repeat on other side of box.
6. Punch hole in two opposite sits, feed through some ribbon or twine and tie to form bow
7. Using fussy cut elements from your DSP, decorate one front of the box
8, OPTIONAL – use a longer piece of ribbon and make your favour a hanging tree decoration!
