Adorable Tubular Gift Bag using POTM

Hello crafty friends! I’ve spent a lovely evening in my craft room creating the most adorable little gift bag which is tubular in shape! I used this month’s POTM Wild Bunch Stamp Set (for sentiment label) and a new Poinsettia Bundle that launches next month! Video tutorial link at end of blog post.

The Wild Bunch Stamp Set is available for just £5 when you spend £70 or more in my online store during June. Featuring adorable woodland critters and charming sentiments, it’s perfect for cards, gifts and 3D projects.

Products used were Gorgeous Grape Card Stock, Wild Bunch Stamp Set, and new bundle launching next month. I also used Wink of Stella and Rhinestone Basic Jewels. Stylish Shape Dies were used for the sentiment label! a STAPLE must for your stash for sure! (Click on any of the highlighted text to be redirected and read more about the product!)

The gift inside this is a pair of Wonder Woman socks! One of my views was chosen at random to be gifted this make so I hope she likes it when it arrives!

Project Instructions

Cut DSP / Cardstock to 9” x 3-3/4” – Attach tear and tape to end and shape into tubular shape
Cut a further piece of DSP to 9” x 3-1/2” – Attach tear and tape to end and pop around first piece.
Cut a piece of Card to 3-1/4” squared and cut little triangles off of corners – Hot Glue your tube piece to this (be careful!)
Cut a piece of Card to 1” x 7” and attach a piece of DSP measuring 3/4″ x 7
Adhere both with wet glue to inner side of tube to form your handle
Decorate around the join on tube to hide the join with die cuts of choice.
Add contents to inside, optional to use shredded tissue paper too.
Using the Stylish Shapes Dies make a label using two largest banner dies. Stamp sentiment of choice. Attach to your treat bag (or handle) using co-ordinating ribbon.
Finish with Wink of Stella and embellishments.
