Tonight’s project is a cute Valentine Gift Box incorporating the Envelope Punch Board paper bow using the ALL MY LOVE DSP and coordinating MEANT TO BE stamp set.

So today I taught my crafty ladies to make this gorgeous gift box using the MEANT TO BE stamp set and the all my love suite consisting of a gorgeous DSP set and coordinating card stock. Measurements (Box base):
- Cut a piece of DSP to 3 3/4″ squared
- Cut up two score lines on opposite sides to the first score line (see Video)
- For a clearer finish, cut a tiny wedge out of each flap for easier glueing
- Adhere together
Heart Shape (the cute bit 🙂
- Cut a piece of DSP to 1 3/4″ x 12″ and score at 6″ (or fold in half 🙂 )
- Make sure you have the desired side that you want on view to the “top”
- Adhere to inside of box
- Take the other side and pull round to underneath section of box and adhere to bottom of box base
- Stamp relevant sentiment and punch out using everyday or classic label punch
- Using the fold you made in the middle, make desired heart shape and hold.
- Glue label section at both ends and, once you are holding heart in desired position, adhere label to top of heart (wait till glue sets) to hold heart shape 🙂 ta da!!!
- Embellish / decorate as you wish …
- Well done, what a figity (Scottish word for pain in the ass) but well worthy of time, kinda project 🙂
