Simple Handmade Nautical Themed Cards

Come Sail Away Memories and More Cards

I just love to make things look clean and simple, like these four cards made for today’s project which is “Handmade Nautical Themed Cards”.

I often buy memories and more card packs and use a few then put them to the side so I challenged myself to pull out the Come Sail Away Memories and more card pack to make not one but four cards.

This Suite is featured in our Annual Catalogue – why not Contact me to get a free copy.

These cards were really easy to make, I simply picked out four of the 3″ x 4″ cards and from there, I picked the co-ordinating cardstock, inks and matt layers. I hope you enjoy today’s tutorial.

The colours I chose to go for Night of Navy, Mossy Meadow, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla….. oh and the new blue in-colour seaside spray 🙂

Look how gorgeous these turned out.

Instructions and Measurements:

Card Base
All card bases measure 4″ x 6″ today.

Matt Layers
Matt Layers measure 3 7/8″ x 5 7/8″

Card Pack Layers
All of the card top layers from the memories and more packs measure 3 x 4 inches so I layered them on cardstock an eighth of an inch bigger ie 3 1/8″ x 4 1/8″

I think this was a relatively easy project to make with stunning results – if you have these supplies please do try this card and please share with me so that I can see your creations.
