How to make a handmade card for a pet lover
Welcome to today’s blog which is Episode 31 of my Simple Stamping Series and this is an adorable dog sentiment themed handmade card using the Happy Tails Stamp set as well as a few of our Stampin’ Blends Alcohol Markers.

I decided to go with a whisper white coloured card base and crumb cake as my main focused colour.
All products used are listed below for your perusal.
Instructions and Measurements:
Card Base:
Cut a piece of A4 cardstock down the longest side to 4 1/8″ and fold in half or score at 5 7/8″
Card Layer:
Stamping layer measures 4″ by 5 3/4″
Stamping & Colouring:
I stamped the dog image in crumb cake then proceeded to colour this little guy with my stampin’ blends – Dark Crumb Cake.
I then stamped this lovely sentiment on the top of him and added some black solid heart stamped images to finish off the card.
Really simple but lovely at the same time – and it certainly does get the message across to all those animal lovers.
