Mosaic Mood Handmade Card - Using DSP Scraps #15

Welcome to All About that DSP Episode 15

Hi and welcome to DSP Episode 15 and MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE xxxx

I always enjoy having to push the creativity when thinking about making handmade cards using DSP, scraps, etc. and this card was no different. The mosaic mood dsp is truly beautiful – in fact, I used it in last weeks #14 episode too – I just can’t put it down!

I decided to continue using the beautiful Mosaic Mood along with our Painted Glass stamp set from our Annual Catalogue (I don’t have the coordinating mosaic mood stamp set you see…).

Isn’t this stamp set gorgeous! – I need to play with it more.

The colours I chose today were Mint Macaron and Terracotta Tile. Both fit the bill for this Designer Series Paper Beautifully.

I finished off by adding a stamped and fussy cut rose from the stamp set, and added some wink of stella. I also incorporated the use of my banner triple punch too to achieve the banner section – but you can fussy cut this by hand if you don’t have the punch.

Instructions and Measurements:

Card Base and Layers
Card base is 4 1/8″ x 5 7/8″
Matt Layer 4″ x 5 3/4″
DSP layer is x2 pieces of DSP together measuring 2″ x 5 5/8″

I added part die cut stitched circles in the two largest sizes (see tutorial).
I stamped and layered up a piece of Scrap dsp too for the sentiment section.
