Welcome to today’s blog – A Peaceful Poppies Thank You Card
Hi and welcome to another project make. Today I am using the Peaceful Poppies DSP and co-ordinating dies by Stampin’ Up! to make an easy thank you card. This DSP is one of the new mini catalogue products and it is just beautiful.
I wanted to keep the card as simple as possible but wanted to incorporate some tone on tone stamping on the card base to give it another twist.
I decided to use Poppy Parade Cardstock and co-ordinating ink. This is one of the many colours that co-ordinate with this suite which is available to the public from 3rd January 2020.
Isn’t this set just gorgeous! – I need to play with it more.
My Youtube channel is via the link below – I’d love for you to pop over to subscribe and watch this premiere with us.
For the sentiment area I used two of the dies from the co-ordinating Painted Labels Dies there are actually two stamp sets AND two die sets in this suite. They are just stunning.
My aim this year is to make more generic projects such as birthday, thank you, etc.
I hope you like today’s project.

Instructions and Measurements:
Card Base and Layers
Card base is 4 1/8″ x 5 7/8″
I started by stamping tone on tone on the card base. I then used two of the label dies from the co-ordinating die set to matt and layer the sentiment section. I also die cut some of the floral elements from the Poppy Moments Dies. I think that the poppy parade colour makes this set pop.
Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my blog today.
