Handmade Card Ideas using Acetate Challenge #34

Welcome to today’s blog showcasing all the Handmade Card Ideas using Acetate challenge #34

Hi and welcome. Thank you to everyone who took part in this week’s Handmade Card Ideas using Acetate challenge #34 over on my Facebook Group “Crafty Stamping Club – Smithy’s Stampers” Please feel free to join us here

Our first card was made by the lovely Helen Chandler at Helen’s Heart Creations. I’ve never seen our little shaker domes used like this – what a fabulous idea. Love this!

Entry number two was from my own project. You can probably tell there isn’t a lot of acetate used in my box. There are little pieces that allow the “floating effect” of those gorgeous Best Dressed Fussy Cut Images.

Card number three was from Sue Boothby who is a team mate of mine and has recently joined Stampin’ Up! I love this 3d shop front, with grafitti on the walls next to it. The Well Dressed Stamp set was perfect for this project. Well done! I’m truly inspired by your creativity. Sue doesn’t have a website link.

The fourth project comes from the lovely Heather Forgen of Stamp With Nellie. What a wonderful idea for any pet lover – I hope the recipient enjoyed this card how adorable.

Project number five (two entries) are from the amazing Elaine Smith. Project one incorporates our Acetate Card Box which Elaine has cut in half to achieve this very clever handbag idea. The second Elaine has used our Mini Curvy Keepsakes Box Dies to cut out her own adorable acetate box – how sweet is that and perfect for Easter. Look how she has lined it with some die cut elements.

The wonderful Tammy Spruce is number six with this wonderful tropical themed shaker card. Don’t you just love this. It is so fun, exotic and pretty all in one. I love the little button in the corner too. Thanks for joining in Tammy.

Seventh project is from my latest new team member the lovely Cheryl McCarthy. This easel style card is just beautiful with all that gold and the embossing. I am so grateful that you took the time to join in this week.

Our eighth entry is from the wonderful Karen Jane Tilley of Tilley Krafts, another wonderful tropical oasis themed card. The pink matt layer underneath your shaker section really makes the card pop. Wonderful colour choices. Thank you!

The ninth entry is from one of the groups newest members all the way from the USA, the lovely Renee McClintock of The Paper Craft Addict Renee has used the FREE sale-a-bration stamp set called Happy Birthday To You What a wonderful idea, I’d love to see how you created this it is just stunning.

And one more, entry number ten is from my lovely friend Karen McClure – Karen’s website is www.karamiasu.blogspot.com. I love this idea for the snow globes, adorable. Absolutely stunning hun.
