Peace and Joy Bundle Christmas Card 2020
Today I got to play and create my first Peace and Joy Bundle Christmas Card of 2020! Christmas in July is so me now. The bundle featured today was part of my pre-order, and is not available until 4th August 2020 in my online store.
Card base is Mint Macaron with a Whisper White Stamping Layer. Build up a centre piece on your Christmas Cards this year with the beautiful images in this stamp set.
Three large sentiment words Bright, Peace and Joy. And eight smaller group of sentiments as follows: Merry, Happy, Sending, To you and yours, And, On Earth, To The World and Christmas. Three foliage images, a holly leaf image, holly berries image and some modern three step snowflake / star image.
The co-ordinating Joy Dies are a nine piece set. Three layers of die cutting for the three words Bright, Peace and Joy. The middle die of each trio of dies can also cut out the stamped sentiment words too. This will add a fourth element to your sentiment die cuts.
I loved experimenting with the colours today which are: Mint Macaron, Shaded Spruce, Soft Sea Foam and Pear Pizzaz. The card pops due to the added Poppy Parade sections.
I added some of our Whisper White twine to add some extra effect on today’s card.
Instructions
Card Bases – Mint Macaron A4 card cut in half and scored at 4-1/8″ on the longest side – Card size folded = 4-1/8″ x 5-7/8″
Stamping top layer is 4″ x 5-3/4″
Stamping (Stamp on to white card stock)
1 – Stamp your foliage images in opposite corners
2 – Work from the lightest colour to the darkest
3 – Stamp your small sentiment word blocks in Poppy Parade
Fussy cut all sentiments out.
Die cut bottom layer of Bright Die in Mint Macaron, the middle layer in whisper white and the top layer die in Mint Macaron.
Adhere together.
Attach some white twine across centre of card.
Using dimensions add your large sentiment section.
For the smaller words, use mini dimensions.
Add a sentiment on the card inside too if you wish.
