Confetti Flowers Border Punch Paper Piecing Idea
Today’s project is focused on the Confetti Flowers Border Punch Paper Piecing Idea – easy handmade card ideas using this punch from Stampin’ Up! The sentiments are from the Here’s A Card Stamp Set.
I couldn’t resist using our current in-colours for these projects. The two main focal colours are Misty Moonlight and Magenta Madness. Love both of these colours!
The first card I made below I had to change after the video ended because I smudged some ink on the front. This card’s matt layer is Misty Moonlight. The floral negatives from the punch have been added with dimension on the bottom, and normal glue on the top.
It’s nice to have some 3d effect on our cards. The congratulations sentiments is such a lovely font design.
Card two below has a Magenta Madness Matt Layer. I adhered all the elements flush on this card. I chose the generic sentiment of Happy Birthday.
How adorable is this.
Instructions
1 – Card Base – Whisper White measuring 4-1/8″ x 5-7/8″
2 – Card Matt – Misty Moonlight / Magenta Madness measuring 4″ x 5-3/4″
3 – Top Layer – Whisper White measuring 3-7/8″ x 5-5/8″
4 – Line up and punch out the card on the bottom of your top layer.
5 – Adhere all layers together.
6 – Fill in the spaces with the negatives from punching from our five in-colours.
7 – Stamp your sentiments.
