Let’s Create a Pretty Floral Layered Card

My blog today is to share my blog Let’s Create a Pretty Floral Layered Card with you. In my video (at end of blog) I create the card on the far right of the image below.

Welcome to today’s crafting adventure! I’m excited to share this beautiful card project using the Floral Impressions Designer Series Paper. Below you’ll find everything you need to create this stunning project, plus a video tutorial to guide you through each step. I’m also using the Thoughtful Expressions Stamp Set.

Supplies Needed

Basic White Cardstock
Floral Impressions DSP (part of Floral Impressions Suite Collection)
Misty Moonlight Stamp Pad or Fresh Freesia Stamp Pad
Misty Moonlight A4 Card or Fresh Fressia A4 Card
Thoughtful Expressions Stamp Set (grab it for £9.60 as it is retiring – don’t wait too long as stock is reducing)
Encircled in Nature Dies or Circle Punch – 2-3/8″
Multipurpose Adhesive
Stampin’ Up! Trimmer
Basic Rhinestone Jewels (My all time fav!)
Basic crafting tools (glue, wipes, snips)

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Take a piece of A4 and cut to 5-7/8″ down long side and fold in half
Fussy cut desired images from the DSP pack

Layering

From your cardstock cut a piece down to 5-5/8″ squared and adhere to base
Cut your DSP down to 5-1/2″ squared and adhere to mat

Feature Panels

Create a 4″ square panel in co-ordinating cardstock and adhere to card front
Position a 3-3/4″ squared piece of white card to your 4″ mat
Position and adhere your fussy cut images on to your feature panel leaving room for your sentiment section
Stamp sentiment on circle shape and attach to card

Finishing Touches

Embellish to your liking!
Add a touch of wink of stella too if you wish!
