Welcome to today’s Sunday Special Male Themed Golf Card Project #10
Hi and welcome to another blog post. Today is the 11th Sunday Special making an awesome handmade male themed golf card Project. Today I again decided to use the Clubhouse stamp set and the co-ordinating Country Club DSP to make this Father’s Day Card. This card is slightly different from last week’s Sunday Special Card, as it is only 4 inches square – adorable.
Although not the fanciest of cards that I have made, it is still masculine enough for any father or father figure in one’s life. You could also replace the father’s day sentiments with a more generic greeting such as Happy Birthday.
The colours I chose were Night of Navy, Garden Green, Poppy Parade and Mango Melody. Lovely bold colours that co-ordinate in this suite. These colours are ideal for this father’s day card.
The sentiments in this stamp set are absolutely fabulous for any golf lover. The colours co-ordinating with the suite are bright, bold and speak volumes.
The raised centre section really makes the card pop, I’m so glad I decided to layer this card up.

Instructions
My card base measures 4×4″
Matt Layer 1 (White) 3 7/8 x 3 7/8
Matt Layer 2 (Green) 3 3/4 x 3 3/4
MY DSP layer is 3 5/8 x 3 5/8
My fussy cut golf ball image, prepared earlier, was coloured in using my stampin’ blend markers before layering up on a 2″ piece of DSP onto a 2 1/4″ matt layer of whisper white.
I used a scrap piece of whisper white layered on to night of navy cardstock for my second sentiment section. I used my banner triple punch for the flag effect on each end.
My card was complete after adding a whisper white insert with a stamped sentiment and little strip of scrap DSP.
